Service
Software license, hub access, documentation, and support per plan. Installation and day-to-day ops on Customer's server.
Fees
Per order or subscription; late payment may trigger suspension.
Termination
End of subscription period or immediate for material breach.
Governing law
Laws of the Republic of Türkiye; Istanbul courts (consumer courts where applicable).
