Panelze (“we”, “us”) is the controller of personal data for panelze.com, the Panelze hosting control panel (Community & Pro), license hub, documentation, and customer support.

Scope

This notice covers website visits, purchases, customer panel access, support tickets, and technical license-validation calls from your server to our hub.

Categories of data

Identity/contact, order and billing metadata, account security logs, support content, technical logs (IP, user agent), and—with consent—marketing preferences. Card data is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

Software installed on your server is generally your responsibility as controller for your end users’ data.

Purposes and legal bases

Contract performance, legal obligations, security, product improvement (aggregated), and consent where required.

Recipients

Hosting (Contabo GmbH, Germany (EU / GDPR-aligned region, Contabo GmbH infrastructure)), Stripe (payments), and email providers under appropriate agreements. Transfers outside your country follow applicable safeguards.

Retention

Invoices ~10 years; support ~3 years after closure; security logs ~12 months unless law requires longer.
