Overview

Digital license and subscription refunds follow product type and applicable consumer law.

Free — no refunds.

Cooling-off may not apply once digital delivery started with consent. Unused, non-activated keys may qualify for refund within 14 days.

Cancel before renewal via panel or email; past periods are non-refundable unless agreed in writing.

Email destek@panelze.com with order ID. Approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method.
